Acknowledgement
Wasagaming community Arts (WCA) is located in Treaty 2 Territory among people primarily of Anishinaabe, First Nations from treaties 2, 4, and 1. The town’s name, “Wasagaming” comes from the Anishinabi word, meaning “Clear Water”. We honour, acknowledge, and recognize Indigenous contributions to Riding Mountain National Park, the province, and Canada. We also acknowledge our responsibility to treat both the land and the diverse community who live here with care and respect.
Who are we?
Proudly serving the community since 1970, Wasagaming Community Arts is an incorporated not-for-profit registered charity with major activities devoted to our public art gallery highlighting artworks of Canadian and International artists. WCA Board advances relationships between artists and the public, nurturing a life-long appreciation of the arts among in person and virtual visitors.

To build and connect community by fostering creativity, education, and opportunity. The Mission of WCA is achieved by following five values:
